Season's on Saturday

Each season, we serve an exclusive 5-course lunch with a glass of sparkling wine for €55,- p.p. on Saturdays. For one month only, we serve dishes using the best products of the season. We combine these special dishes with a matching wine pairing for €7 per glass.

The next edition with the theme ‘summer’ will take place in September and can be booked every Saturday. Keep an eye on our website and socials to see when reservations for this special lunch open.

Spring

Surrender to the season of spring and all it has to offer. Think dishes with asparagus, celeriac and rhubarb. These will be accompanied by rich wines from Elzas and Loire.

The menu

Celeriac – Pear – Trout – Black bean

Plaice – Wild garlic – Artichoke – Koji

Asparagus – Whey – Sepia – Gherkin

Flat iron – Chanterelle – Green asparagus – Kohlrabi

Rabab – Yuzu kosho – Magnolia – Macaroon

*A vegetarian menu is also possible.
