Season's on Saturday

Each season, we serve an exclusive 5-course lunch with a glass of sparkling wine for €55,- p.p. on Saturdays. For one month only, we serve dishes using the best products of the season. We combine these special dishes with a matching wine pairing for €7 per glass.

The next edition with the theme ‘summer’ will take place in September and can be booked every Saturday.

Summer

The sweltering summer calls for light dishes that match the season. Think dishes with red mullet, chicken and cherry. These are accompanied by matching wines.

The menu

Tomato
With green herbs, parmesan cheese, panko, basil and soy

Cod
Gently cooked with black truffle, leek and sherry

Red mullet
Baked on brioche, ravioli filled with prawn and tandoori sauce

Fowl
Roast, with poached lobster, eggplant, pistachio and black truffle

Cherry
Fresh with creme fraiche, fennel, honey and ginger

*A vegetarian menu is also possible.

The Seasonal lunch on Saturday on Saturdays can be reserved 4 months a year.
