Season's on Saturday

Each season, we serve an exclusive 5-course lunch with a glass of sparkling wine for €55,- p.p. on Saturdays. For one month only, we serve dishes using the best products of the season. We combine these special dishes with a matching wine pairing for €7 per glass.

February theme

Winter

Surrender to the winter season and all it has to offer. Think dishes with venison, pheasant and forgotten vegetables. These will be accompanied by rich wines from Piedmont.

The menu

Jerusalem artichoke – Celery – Lemon – Beurre noisette

Ravioli – “Wildboullion” – Watercress – Onion

Pheasant – Celeriac – Hazelnut – Bundle fungus

Venison – beet – green cabbage – star anise

Parsnip – Sorrel – Yogurt – White Chocolate

*Vegetarian menu is also possible.

5 course lunch including a glass of sparkling wine for €55 p.p.
Wine pairing €7 per glass.

The Seasonal lunch on Saturday on Saturdays can be reserved 4 months a year.
